Custom quote
Weddings + destination events
Wedding styling, large private events and out-of-state celebrations are designed and quoted individually. Travel, lodging, shipping, specialty rentals and venue-specific requirements are quoted as needed.
Booking
50% non-refundable retainer secures the event date.
Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Final pricing depends on design complexity, venue, rentals, custom fabrication and travel.

What areas do you serve?
ELARQUE serves NYC, Long Island and select destination events. Travel availability depends on date, location and scope.
Do you offer a single backdrop or only full events?
Both may be available. Your proposal can focus on one statement feature or a broader styling plan based on what the event needs.
How far in advance should I inquire?
Earlier is better, especially for larger or highly customized events. Availability depends on the date and production requirements.
Can you work from inspiration photos?
Yes. Inspiration helps communicate the mood, but the goal is to build a concept around your event rather than simply copy another setup.
Does submitting an inquiry reserve my date?
No. An inquiry starts the conversation. The date is reserved only after the proposal is accepted and the required payment is received.
